Google it and look at the tutorial pages. That will get you started for
free. If you have access to a system where you can download, configure
and install it on, great. Otherwise, you'll have to buy an account on a
web hosting site with php already installed.

To people who know nothing, anything is possible.
To people who know too much, it is a sad fact
that they know how little is really possible -
and how hard it is to achieve it.

Why do you ask, as you are already using it with your website that you
spam in your sig block every time you post?

BTW, white text on a light gray background is no way to get new
customers...

It's just another typical, unusable Web 2.0 site. The homepage loads
quite quickly (but is almost empty), unless you enable JavaScript ...

Then it loads more than 3 MB. Their references are a dozen not optimized
PNG images, many things are completely unusable or break the layout if
JS is disabled, texts are too small and so on. Not very professional.

You can learn PHP via online tutorials or coaching center. There are
lots of PHP tutorial, article and blogs are available on the web. You
have to make regular habits to read it and utilize it in practical till
you become master. You can also join coaching center to learn PHP.
