Make please ability for using site icon (favicon.ico)

This function can be turn on in forum settings and uses META tag in head-section

Hm... just putting favicon.ico inside the forum's main directory should do the same thing, no?

Today, in the majoraty of browsers, it could be also a small GIF Very Happy :

Simply modify header.tmpl template and add that line.
