Cannot open just installed Forum. Need help, Pls! [message #5808]

I just installed a fudforum 2.2.3 and looks good for a day. Next day I cannot open it. I'm a newbie with great interest in this wonderful fudforum program.

Help and advise will be greatly appreciated.

Here's the error message:

Warning: Failed opening 'GLOBALS.php' for inclusion (include_path='') in /usr/home/germie/html/forum/index.php on line 18
db.inc is unable to open database

go to the include/ directory created by the forum and check for existance of GLOBALS.php. Then check the file permissions on the file as well as owner, make sure that webserver has read/write access to that file.
