Hi,

Is it required? Should we wait for 2.3.8 Final?

I've just finished configuring my forum with 2.3.7. Does the upgrading destroy anything already made?

The upgrade will not destroy any of your changes and should take no more then few minutes. If you have encountered a bug resolved in the new release, you definately should upgrade.
