How to get attachments to be MIME-encoded? [message #160917]

With 3.0.0 it seems the attachments are still uuencoded. It looks like mime encoding is supported, how do I force that for files uploaded to a nntp server?

V3 adds the ability to process incoming MIME encoded attachments. However, sending out MIME attachments is currently not supported.
