Set a fudforum v3. Immediately after installation, a charset problem.
Moreover, After selecting UTF-8 characters everything is fine, except the time line in the basement of the forum "Current Time: Ïí ÿíâ 09:47:51 Ame 2010.

The installer will try all locales in 1i8n/russian/locales and use the first one that works (best effort, but no guarantee).
