Have been configuring the Mailing List Manager and read in its documentation something about having email messages piped into the maillist.php script to load them into a designated forum.
What do I need to do on a Windows client to get emails that I send from my Outlook client to be directly pumped into a fudforum? Requirement is for people to use email as a one stop shop and not have to to go off to the forum to read or write any messages.

Configure the MS Exchange server to accept POP/IMAP connections.
When done, you can setup a mailing list rule to read messages directly from an outlook mailbox.

People normally use outlook to retrieve mails from an exchange server. However, certain versions of it can also read mail from POP3 and IMAP accounts. If that's what you are doing you are in luck as FUDforum can directly access POP3 / IMAP.
