I switch "Moderated forum" to "NO", but everytime my user create new topic, it always ask me to moderate new topic... Confused

A forum can be moderated, a user can be moderated and settings like "Moderate user's first N messages" can force moderation.

Oke, solved... I found another setting in "Global Settings Manager >> Massages >> Moderate user's first N messages >> 0".
