Bug with display of date in Russian.
All displays correctly, except for the date, doodle shows.
Prompt which file to look, thanks in advance.

Oops, I just had to do a screen ...
index.php?t=getfile&id=6233&private=0

Errors show dates. (In Russian)
Date and time display unreadable characters.
Please tell me which file to watch.

Windows or Linux server?
What is the locale for your theme (in ACP -> Theme Manager)?
It should be "russian" on Windows and "ru_RU.UTF8" on Linux as per the documentation at Theme Manager.
