Hi all!

function __ses_make_sysid($a,$b) defined in scripts/forum_login.php and
function ses_make_sysid() defined in index.php produce different result hash that leads to unability to external login into the forum

The problem is that theese functions use a bit different keys array to generate it.
I've made a tiny patch that will make them in sync.

Good point on code that is duplicated! I've already consolidated some into libraries, but more work is needed!
