*Abillity to disable message edit notification on a post if edited with x minutes ( i'm always submitting a post and then realising i've made a dumb error)
*IP checking: The IP checks are a little disjointed, esp when approving a new account. It would be nice to see at a click a unified IP check when either approving an account or editing an existing user
*Bannings: The abillity to be prompted for ban duration before submition (stops you having to ban/unban then ban users if only for a limited time

The banning improvement (3) should also be easy to do. Maybe later...

*Abillity to seperate stickies with a divider from the normal posts
*Abillity to stop the "Edited message" note popping up within a short time frame (Say 15 minutes"

Abillity to poll user statistics, eg:

List the number of posts or topics created by each poster on a daily/weekly basis in order of highest/lowest

This doesn't seem right. If a thread is locked it is locked for everyone.
