I like the new "Delete all messages from this user" option in the moderation panel.

What I'm wondering is, shouldn't this action also ban the user?

Or maybe their could be a second "Delete all and ban" choice. But I can't think of a situation under which I would want to delete all from a new user, but don't also want to ban said user.

Good idea, but it should maybe stand over to the next release.
It takes a month or two to get messages translated into all major languages.
Changing this now will delay the 3.0.5 release.
