ok, still for my script from mlist to fudorum

can anybody explain me EXACTLY which options is checked for mlist if mlist_opt & 16 = 16? I mean the byte represented by decimal 16 and the mlist_opt field in mlist fudforum table)

and the same for forum_opt in forum table.

I understood is something it has to do with text/html/fudforumcodes conversions but the different behaviours/meaning are not completely clear to me.
