Has anybody managed to compile and use the PECL MQSeries client
library (http://pecl.php.net/package/mqseries) on the Windows
environment?

I would really like to be able to integrate one of my PHP applications
with an MQ queue, but I'm stuck at comiling the package. Philippe, the
author of the package, does not have have a Windows machine, so the
package hasn't really been tested on Windows.

Has anybody had any experiences with this package on Windows?
