In Email Settings:

- With "Notify W/Body" = no
Both notifies (thread and forum) are ok

- With "Notify W/Body" = yes
Thread notifies are ok
Forum notifies have a wrong link.

Example of forum notify with body:

Subject: New topic in forum GA-Testes - Fórum E! called New Test by user

New Test body

Does anyone have the same behavior?
I think it's a logic problem in send_notifications() function in post.php.

Another question.
I notice that the html notification message have a base_url.
With not webmail clients, I never test, maybe this is ok but what about webmail clients?
With my webmail (squirrelmail) links are shown for example:
https://www.example.com/webmail/index.php?t=rview&goto=94
instead of:
https://www.example.com/forum/index.php?t=rview&goto=94

Thanks,
Ricardo

The incorrect link problem has been fixed in CVS.

All major e-mail clients such as Outlook (Express too), Kmail, Thunderbird, etc.. support the base_url functionality. If your e-mail client does not it's a bug in your e-mail client.
