Facebook released a draft of a spec for PHP yesterday: http://hhvm.com/blog/5723/announcing-a-specification-for-php

The spec is pretty interesting - I wrote up a critique here: http://blog.circleci.com/critiquing-facebooks-new-php-spec/. Would love to hear comments!

Well, while it's true that this language specification has been drafted
by Facebook, it is not their language specification, but rather meant as
a common specification for all PHP implementations, see
