The pictures I upload from my computer won't show to other users. Only I can see them if I'm logged in.
Is it something I need to chance as moderator?

To be more clear it appears with code's like this. Has it something to do with the "private"? And so yes how do I change it?

You cannot publicly view attachments that were uploaded to private messages.
