I have FUDforum v3.0.5 installed on my site. I have tried to reload a backup file after moving from another server. THe data import works OK, but when I run the consistency checker it fails with the following error:

Disabling the forum for the duration of maintenance run.
Locking the database for checking
Locked!
Validating category order
Done: Validating category order
Checking if moderator and users table match
