In the general settings section of the Global Settings Manager I can't make this setting turn on. I set the drop-down box to "Yes" and then click the "Set" button but the drop-down box always returns to a value of "No".
Any ideas on how to turn this on? I can do it from a text editor if I knew what file to edit.
