The process of making a release is being started once more. This release candidate includes a few bug fixes as well as few small feature improvements.

Bug Fixes:
  1. Fixed file locking/unlocking.
  2. Fixed typos in Russian translation.
  3. Fixed incorrect path in theme optimizer.
  4. Fixed handling of URL avatars.
  5. Fixed typo in Chinese translations.
  6. Fixed problem resulting in undefined variable message.
  7. Fixed captions on modque page.
  8. Fixed default group leader permissions.
  9. Extra safety check for moved topics.
  10. Fixed possible query failure in XMB converter.


New Features:
  1. Allow disabling of autocompletion for register form.
  2. Improve the "hiding" mechanism for spoilers.
  3. Added the ability to limit mass e-mail to all moderators, group leaders and by user rank.
  4. Added the ability to specify custom name to the spoiler.
