i can't install the fudforum

after step 2 of 5, i get a blank page:
http://127.0.0.1/forum/install.php?31301

what is the problem? how can i solve this?

i tried the following versions:

FUDforum_zl_2-6-13.zip and FUDforum_zl_2-6-14RC2.zip

Check your web server error log to see if perhaps PHP has crashed
Also, show me your phpinfo() output if possible.
