Can you elaborate please?

The 1.1.1 release has updated most of the buttons used in the forum, however you browser may be caching old buttons so you could be seeing a mix of old & new buttons. Click refresh once or twice in the browser, that should solve the problem.

I went to your forum and I see all the new buttons, so I am guessing you're caching the images.
