Hello:

Is it possible to create a most basic registration form only using fields for login, pw, email, Turing, name?

I would like to have all of the profile information available for customization only after registrations are approved.

Thank you in advance.

You can "hide" all non-mandatory fields and only show them if _uid > 0 meaning you are dealing with an authorized, registered user. This would be a fairly simple hack inside register.tmpl
