How can i set a logo.jp on top of loginpage?

if I edit the header the theme and the icons reset by it self...
I want to build this tag in

<a href="http://www.blablubwub.de/" <img src="/theme/IFP/images/IFPLogo1.jpg" border=0 </img></a>

The template file is basically HTML. To add a logo you simple add the <img src="" /> tag into the template and save it. Then go into the theme manager in the admin control panel and rebuild the theme.
