If this particular release proves to be stable, I suspect it will be released into the world as the 1.2.
So, please try it and report any bugs that you may come across.
P.S. you can grab it from the CVS ( dev-20020214 tag ) or you can get the snapshot from the download page.

An update to the RC1 has been released.
It fixes a small number of bugs that were still present in RC1.
The control panel that allows you to add/remove administrators has gain a intermediate verification step to prevent typos.
