This is a quick bug fix release it will probably be followed by another RC in the next week or two.

ChangeLog:

  1. Added some sanity checks.
  2. Fixed a bug with FUDforum's magic_quotes code
  3. Updated Polish & Chinese translations.
  4. Fixed a bug that prevented admin from seeing the member list (introduced in previous RC).
  5. Fixed Windows check on the file admin.
