This is an entirely bug fixing release that hopefuly will be soon followed by 2.3.8 final.

ChangeLog:

  1. Added Slovak translation.
  2. Few fixes to Bulgarian translation.
  3. Remove theme optimization control panel.
  4. Fixed magic_quotes_gpc problem.
  5. Fixed pager on search page, that caused the loss of logic type & sorting order.
  6. Added a space between Location & value on message drawing page.
  7. Fixed smiley replacement on mailing/nntp synchronization code.
  8. Fixed a possible bug with private messages & win32.
