A fairly significant list of changes & bug fixes:


  1. Major revision of the French translation
  2. Updated Portuguese translation
  3. Updated Polish translation
  4. Fixed a query bug with last posted message
  5. Affero fixes
  6. Fixed a 2 bugs with avatar code
  7. Fixed URL in e-mail to friend link
  8. Allowed non-ascii login look-ups to work properly
  9. Reinstate tabs in user control panel
  10. Allow hourly level of statistics retrieval
  11. Fixed a bug that prevented subject mangling in maillist import.

Hi,

A few very minor bugs that came from previous versions and stood still:

  • When sending email to a friend the link goes with 'rid' and 's' variables which they shouldn't
  • If you change the language pulldown text from 'portuguese' to 'português' (for example) the images stop appearing. Same thing will happen if you change 'spanish' to 'español' Wink
  • Didn't find any more bugs Very Happy

rid is intentional, since it allows referal tracking to the forum. The session no longer appears in the URL as of 2.5.0RC1.

As for the names in the drop down, those names are used for directory names, entering special characters causes problems and is not supported.
