I recently upgraded my old forum from 2.6.3 to 2.7.7. I basically had to do a lot of massaging to get it to work the way it should.

However, I'm left with one final hurdle. I had to manually update the attachment references for all the images posted in the forum, as they were pointing to the old forum's file reference.

While this works fine allowing the attachments to be viewed correctly in the message, if there was an inline image url referencing these attachments in the same message it just shows the old forum's url instead of the image/attachment.

http://www.oldforum.com/forum/index.php?t=getfile&id=48087&private=0

Is there a way to update these references within messages to the new forum url?

Thanks.

Go to the Replacement & Censorship System in the Admin Control Panel and add a rule to replace www.oldforum.com with www.newforum.com.
