have never been given any Privileges & I cannot find a record of Privileges

I have had some recent "Hackers" in "Show what other people are doing"

Are these related?

Lookup the "other" administrator's details in the "Moderator/User Manager" to see what access he/she has and revoke if required.

That's just it: they do not have any other access, yet they are listed as "Privileged user". Weird!
