Look at the tmpl_draw_select_opt() function in draw_select_opt.inc.t. The third argument is selected.

So, adjust it in register.php.t.

Do I get it right?

line 308 in register.php.t:
$uent->users_opt = 4488183;

is the default settings for all new users selectable yes/no choices?

Should this be part if admins "Global Settings Manager"?
