In the Arabic interface, the dates are shown in English: "Tue, 05 August 2008 17:42". This should be localized.

I don't know if PHP provides something for that, or maybe we're going to need to localize the date form ("%s, %d %S %d %d" or something like that), months and days.

Change the theme to use a valid Arabic locale.
