I have the same problem:

//$eom = strpos($this->body, $this->boundary, $s);
if( ($eom = strpos($this->body, $this->boundary, $s)) === FALSE) {
$eom = strlen($this->body);
}
if ($have_text_body) {
$text_body = substr($this->body, $s, $eom-$s);
$s=$eom;
}

it does not work

if Newsgroup Manager "Create New Users: YES" error:

example:

No error!!!

Unfortunately I don't have a giganews account. Do you know of a public server that caries this group that I can use to test?
