Thank you for the upgrade.

Here are my problems:

1. My problems with cyrillic are back Sad

Now in the account settings. Several fields are shown in a wrong way:

index.php?t=getfile&id=5974&private=0

2. If I correct the fields and save settings they are displayed normally.

3. Tango theme is not working as it does not switch to UTF-8 automatically.

4. All the avaratars downloaded by users (in the custom_avatars) directory are not displayed anymore.

5. The main reason for the upgrade was a new feature to copy selected text. However I do not see this button. Sad

Looks like a theming or user config problem.
Check your header.tmpl and theme settings (in the Theme Manager).
Also test and compare with one of the the default themes.
