500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR [message #163075]

I don't know how to do...
I'm trying to install a 3.0.0 forum beside my working old 2.7.6
I go throw the 5 steps without any problem and I delet the install.php and uninstall.php scripts but when I finish the installation and try to go into the forum its gives me a 500 internal server error.
I've tryed to install the new 3.0.1 and it's the same error, I've tryed a 2.7.6 , same error.
I can't understand why on the same server my old one 2.7.6 works fine and the new installations can't work.

Host ARUBA.it linux server
php 5.2.1.4
MySQL 5.0
Apache/2.2

"500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR" means your web server is choking (it doesn't even get to FUDforum).
Please check the the web server's error log (most likely error_log) and post the error here.
