Of course not! However you will have to pay for a host and a domain name to install it on unless you already have those.

If that's a problem you can download "FUDforum to go" which will operate on your PC or laptop or even off a thumb drive.

You can install and use it, and most importantly, make money from it without it costing you a cent.
