Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING in ...forum/data/include/GLOBALS.php on line 89

This happened when I tried to place an html link in the Main Page Description.

I don't have any access to the Forum now.

However, I still would not put any HTML in it.
Rather update your header.tmpl.
