Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_NEW in /homepages/xx/xxxxxxxxxx/htdocs/fudforum/upgrade.php on line 99

Any idea why I am getting this message when running upgrade.php?
(URL slightly altered for security reasons)

Is it FUDforum 3.0.2's upgrade script?
What do you see on line 99?
What version of PHP are you using?

Yes it is FUDforum 3.0.2 upgrades script and I don't know which version of PHP I am running, it is on a server.

I don't like to ask these silly questions but which is line 99? Is <php> the first line or is it the first line of code and does it count the comment lines?

Line 99 from the top of the file.

I bet your host is still using PHP 4, which is not supported.
