Further to my question below I've tried to disable PM's but when I change to NO, and move off the page it changes back to YES again. Same if I try to disable my forum.

Any assistance urgently appreciated.

Have you "SET" your changes after making your selection?

Yes, tried that. Can't change file folder sizes either. I'm using 3.0.0

We've had a development. My more technically minded colleague has been able to get the enable/disable forum option to work. When the forum is disabled the PM options appear to work.
