I just updated to 3.03. While testing, I noticed the COPPA registration page showed today's day (May 26, 2012) correctly. However, the COPPA date says Before/After May 30, 1999.

The COPPA break should be May 26, 1999. I don't know if it was like this before the upgrade; if it was I never noticed it.
