Seems rate topic is available in tree view only. I'll look into this more tomorrow.

I changed a handful of options and suddenly it is now showing. I'll definitely figure out what the heck I did and try to duplicate this, but not tonight.

This is pretty bizarre. Now I disable online user list for anonymous. Come back next day to notice it is also disabled for my admin user. I turn it back on and then off again and it still shows for everyone, including anonymous. I am having some serious forum consistency issues that the tools aren't fixing. I wonder if this is related to what I reported yesterday.

Anyone else having consistency issues with administrative settings?

Nevermind. I was having strange local caching issues. It's all cleared up after a reboot.
