hi,

i tried to upgrade my 3.0.3 version to 3.0.4.1 and 3.0.4 and in both attempts has the same finish.
The upgrade seems to work fine without errors, but at the update.php step the link to the consistency check failed and the forum is broken.
the client side is telling that the forum is offline and the admin side gives a internal server error back.

so i had a look at this forum and had a look at the file permissions.
but there everything looks fine (folders 711 and files 644).

any ideas?

Next step is to get the exact error messages from your web server's log files.
For Apache, 'access_log' and 'error_log'.

i donĀ“t have access to the raw access_log, and at the error_log is only the common suhosin line
"PHP Startup: Suhosin Extension does not officially support PHP 5.2"

the UPGRADE_STATUS file has the value: 5304.5

is there a way to enable the client side?

You chance of resolving this without the log files are slim.
Good luck!
