Many of the users of our forums have problems.

One say : «I click on any discussion, it just shows me a blank page...»

Another one had that message : «Fatal error: Call to undefined function th_inc_view_count() in /home/accpcaid/public_html/fud/index.php on line 1362»

When people try to register themselves, it didn't work, but when I look at their profil, everything looks fine.

Also, I gave all the permissions to the anonymous for that forum, but nobody could write in it and only few could see the messages.

Could someone help me?

Are you on the latest version? If so, run a consistency check and rebuild your themes to see if it helps.

I did the consistency check. I don't know if it had solve the problem yet (waiting for someone to check it), but now I cannot unlog from the forum as administrator... and I cannot lock the files anymore.

any suggestions?

I finally was able to lock the file as it was suggested in the admin section, but doing that I got the message :

You don't have permission to access /fud/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

and I cannot access to the forum at all - even as administrator!

Is there anybody who could help directly - server work?
