I wrote expressing interest in hosting a site with FUD and in getting help with the first time installation. I received an undeliverable mail message. Who do I contact to pursue these options?

Not a good first impression.

sales(at)prohost(dot)org is the address you should be mailing your queries to. Where did you send your initial e-mail?

I copied and pasted the inquiry email address directly from your website.

Here is what I received in response:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

sales(at)prohost(dot)org.

Technical details of failure:
PERM_FAILURE: SMTP Error (state 10): 553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)

I just sent an e-mail to sales(at)prohost(dot)org (note there is no period at the end of the domain) and it arrived within a minute to it's destination.

It is gmail which is a problem . There DNS server is taking forever to pick up the changes out in the world and so it tries to deliver the message to it's own server, treating it as local and then fails with the mentioned error.
