I'm trying to make it easier for my users to see when topics are posted. So I implemented RDF in eGroupWare FUDForum this morning.

I get XML back when I use rdf.php but what do I do with the results? They are not very readable to a typical end user.

RDF is not ment to be humanly readable, is just standard XML that is intended for XML parsers that can grab this data and present it some human readable format.
