I recently edited the CSS for one of the forums that I run (http://www.renegadeforums.com) and as you can see, the stats box ("Our users have posted a total of 201811 messages inside 14684 topics.", etc...) is in a light yellow. The problem is, that box's text appearance is controlled by the CSS class 'SmallText' which is also used in a lot of form fields and such. I just realized I can solve this problem by changing the form fields to use a black or dark background (because light yellow on white == unreadable), but as a suggestion, would you possibly change these two locations to use different CSS classes? It doesn't make sense to me to constrain these two locations to the same style.

You can simply adjust the logedin.tmpl template for that.

And that won't break upgrade-ability? I am very paranoid about not being able to upgrade. Razz

It will not break your ability to upgrade your forum.
