HI,

I'm getting the following error message when installing the FudForum module:

App install/remove/upgrade:
ERROR: Failed to copy '/usr/share/egroupware/fudforum/index.php' to '/usr/share/egroupware/fudforum/1770743014/index.php'. Please copy this file manually!
FUDforum 2.6.0 equivalent tables installed, unless there are errors printed above.
Go back

Ran Check Installation and get this:

Error Checking file-permissions of fudforum for writable by the webserver: apache/apache drwxrwxrwx
fudforum is not writable by the webserver !!!

ANy ideas? Been banging our heads against walls all day. And not because we like it.

Does the /usr/share/egroupware/fudforum/1770743014/ directory exist and does the webserver have write permissions to it?

FYI - a colleague managed to solve it. He installed FudForum standalone which helped pinpoint the problem - Security Level Configuration > SELinux > SELinux setting was set to Enforcing. Changed to Permissive and magically all was well.

This was on Fedora Core 5, BTW.
