because many users don't understand how to build installs/upgrade script from CVS. Very Happy

The nightly builds are unlikely to be particularly reliable, in some cases very unreliable, so there is a risk of people upgrading to them without realizing the consequnces this may have on their forum.

I think you may do it manually for early beta-testers like me or others, who setup FUDforum for testing new features, not for setup on production servers Rolling Eyes

I don't have the time to prepare manual snapshots, so it is either automatic daily process, or you simply wait for the next RC as it the case now. I prefer the later since daily snapshots can be quite unreliable at times.
