Can't get any email to work [message #35722]

Hello to support and all!

I can't seem to get any email functions to work at all. Not email verification nor notification nor any thing else having to do with email. I have not selected smtp and I have toggled all the other email settings numerous times to test. I have also enabled email within the forum and tried sending there.... nothing. any suggestions? I have looked for answers before posting.

Have you tried to see if the mail() function works from PHP?

hi!

I have tested mail php and have gotten it to send without any errors, but the mails don't successfully come through.

This means that there is a an issue with sendmail (or its equivalent) on your machine and you need to look into that.
