Help we are stuck in time warp back in 2005 ! Confused

I have just taken over Admin of our Forum: www.forums.tfbm.org

We are paying for monthly hosting at your site...do we have permissions to do this or do you do it for us ??

Is the upgrade script compatible??

How do we ensure it is properly backed up first??

Thanks !

You have the ability to upgrade the forum to the latest version on your own. As far as the backup, you can make a backup file using the built-in backup tool in the admin control panel.

You can upload the upgrade.php file via the forum's file manager into the forum's main dir and then run it by access it via the browser.

Thanks!

How long typically does it take to perform the upgrade?
